Rotary Club Of Dhulikhel with the support of RC Seattle International District and RC University District has treated the facial deformities of 17 years boy named Prakash Gurung from Machhapuchharee village.He is also the patient of epilepsy. He was felt in fire when he was at 14 years because of epilepsy and his whole body got burn. Because of poor economic condition his family was not able to do his treatment.
His first surgery was done on February 28th and there were several weeks of in-hospital for recovery. Prakash also began taking a medication to control the epilepsy. The plastic surgeons have done a remarkable job in creating a lip (as well as other corrections) ,now he can able to eat and drink properly than before. Prakash was a very happy and engaging person. He is excited to return to his home and plans to raise goats to live and pay for his medication. He'll need future surgeries so that the doctors can help re-form some of his other facial features but this was a fantastic start. Since he started taking the epilepsy medication he hasn't had a single seizure!

This treatment is only possible because of President of Rotary Club Of Dhulikhel Ashok Shrestha who brought t him personally from village to Kathmandu and hosted him.And also udy Ginn from RC Seattle International District aSusan Sola from RC University District and Robert Rose, Rotarian from USA.
