Water Pump installed in Ramnager village in Kailali

Rotary Club Of Dhulikhel had  sponsored one set of deep water pump in Ram Nager village where more than 400 ex-Kamaya families are living in the villages. Rotary Community Corps (RCC-Kailali) approached to RC Dhulikhel for the desperate need of water for drinking and for micro irrigation. RC Dhulikhel president Ashok Shrestha working with Rotarian John Price of Australia for putting more water pump for the needy community. The x-Kamaiya Tharu communities were delighted to the Rotary for listening them and helping them by providing water facilities in their village. This water well cost Aus$1500/- only and 120 people are directly benefiting with this water well. Rotarian John Price handed over the water pump to the community on 2 November 2011.
