Rtn Dr.Suresh Raj Sharma the chartered president of Rotary Club of Dhulikhel and former vice-chancellor of Kathmandu University was awarded with Nepal's biggest award, Gopal Kamala Rotary Award for Excellence for his valuable contribution in the field of education. At the ceremony at Sital Niwas Kathmandu,President Hall he was honored by President of Federal Republic of Nepal Dr.Ram Baran Yadav in the presence of Rotary International President Rtn Sakuji Tanaka, District Governor Rtn Yogendra Man Pradhan and VIPs from Rotary Nepal. During the ceremony Dr.Sharma was also awarded with PHF from Rotary International President 2012-13 Rtn Sakuji Tanaka. President of Nepal and Rotary President both congratulate Rtn Dr.Suresh Raj Sharma for wining the award and hope the country will get more effort from him in future as well. The amount of Gopal Kamala Rotary Award for Excellence is one million rupees.
